Has anybody seen this insect . I saw this while walking on the roads on top of a white car . I immediately took a picture of it because I have never seen such one.

DeleteI have too seen this. Never bothered to find out its name. Now that you asked, I used "Google Lens" on my phone to find out ... Some of the closest results I got are: Jewel bug, Jewel beetle, and tectocoris diophthalmus (a type of bug).

DeleteI do know that it is a 'Green Beetle". Google that and you will see some wonderful pictures with names for quite a few different kinds of green beetles.

And the Zebras we saw in Aftrica and the pretty Backwaters of Co Chin. You will have to do that ride, a tour company can fix you up for a nice morning houseboat ride. We liked India, what we saw. We were on a cruise ship and stopped first at Mumbai, then two more and finally Co Chin.
