When I was young, during school days, nearly 40 years ago, I hadn't heard about nail polish. All the girls and women used to refer to it as Cutex.
ReplyDeleteAs you might know, Cutex was a manicure kit products company which got later acquired by Revlon.
Those days, because of the popularity of Cutex, any nail polish used to be referred to as Cutex. Just like all washing powder used to be referred to as Surf!
I knew the term cutex and surf but never knew that it was a company and later taken by revlon.New learning for today.
